We are in partnership with a local government program to find an administrative and recruiting assistant.
The applicant must be in the 18-24 age range.
This is for an entry-level paid internship with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

Pay: $12-15/hr DOE
Position Summary:
We seek a motivated and professional Entry-Level Recruiting & Development Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate eager
to gain experience in office administration, recruiting, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a strong work ethic, excellent communication
skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and present a professional and welcoming office presence.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) to manage emails, documents, and scheduling.
- Research local employers and job opportunities.
- Assist in creating and posting job listings.
- Contact potential job seekers and introduce job opportunities.
- Make soft introductory calls to prospective clients to schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Support general office operations, including organizing files, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility to multi-task, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Some office experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone voice.
- Ability to type efficiently and conduct online research.
- Professional, semi-formal work attire suitable for an office setting.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability—must show up on time consistently.
- Open to feedback and constructive criticism to improve performance.
You must be able to pass a 7-year background screen along with the requirements of the Government agency
